so you have problems with uploading flash on Blogger? It's actually HTML not XML, but never mind.
You need to upload your flash banner somewhere, best on http://pages.google.com
Then use this url to insert in code from my blog.
If you still have problems, send me your swf via my email and I'll do it for you.
